At GlimmHer, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The product must be in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used beauty products

Personal care items once unsealed

Items marked as final sale


How to Request a Return

Reason for return

Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of the approval status

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
